Training Program
Training Curriculum
Training curriculum takes students through a rigorous 12 course series with strong emphasis on Equipment Lifecycle Management. This course covers both technical skills and non-technical skills required for Field Technicians. Team building and written / verbal communication are key components of our program and is a skill that all students must master. Technical skills covered range from basic electronic circuitry to advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Industry Oriented
Our training program stays abreast of industry requirements. Our technicians are trained to calibrate and verify accuracy various measurement devices. These devices include but are not limit to such as flow transmitters, temp transmitters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters, hydrocarbon detection, and process analyzers devices.
Equipment Lifecycle Management
Our courses focus on Equipment Lifecycle Management. When repair and maintenance costs exceed 6% of operating costs a strategy is needed to control these costs. Upon completion of our program, Technicians are prepared to deploy Equipment Lifecycle Management programs to minimize the maintenance cost of equipment over its useful life.
